BBC Documentaries is looking for the members of the Press Club Association (PCA) to share their personal and interesting memories of their mothers’ appearance and attitudes on viewing episodes of classic BBC programmes.
Do you have a story to tell about your mother’s appearance and reactions on seeing your television programmes?
It could be watching your mother’s favourite drama as a youngster, or the proud moment when you know you have persuaded your mother to let you listen to a particular song or radio programme.
We’re asking you to share your stories of your mother in a video and/or write a piece with pictures and/or audio to share with the Press Club, as you “weld together memories”. You must include your name and hometown.
PCCAs will tell their stories on individual episodes in March 2019. This subject is normally reserved for the 20 November video, so we want to start looking for members now. If you’re not a member of a PCCA, you can join immediately as long as you are over 16 years old. Please click on the link below to follow the procedure. You will need to provide details for your passport and other relevant documentation.
